Executive Board

Adelina Zhiyanski

Hi all, I am Adelina and I’ve been a MIJARC Europe Board member since 2020. I come from Sofia, Bulgaria, the land of roses and beautiful mountainous nature. I lead the MIJARC Europe Communication commission, and I am the coordinator of external relations with the Conference of INGO’s as well. Moreover, I am in charge of managing the relations with the Member organization from Spain, MJRC, and  Bulgaria, YMDRAB, Among my hobbies there is a passion for the gym, photography, design, music, books and organizing social events.
My contribution to MIJARC Europe for the last two years has resulted in various aspects. One of them is the MIJARC Europe Podcast, where I interview experts in different fields of expertise connected to youth policies, environmental protection and etc. Through attending online and face-to-face events and conferences, as well as organizing international seminars, I have learned that the most valuable part of being in an NGO such as MIJARC, is to share knowledge and never forget that every small step is valuable and has the potential to change the world.

Ionut Dochianu

Hello! My name is Dochianu Ionut and I come from the country that everyone associates with the famous vampire, Dracula, that being Romania!
Unlike Dracula, I am not here to harm anyone, but to help! I have been taking part in Mijarc activities since the start of 2020 and now I am part of the Executive Board of Mijarc Europe.
I have taken this role since I like to challenge myself, I don’t like backing down just because something sounds scary and in order to follow one of my mottos: “If you do not try something, you cannot cry about it later!”.
I am a very open person, which likes working with people, and enjoys receiving feedback and working on himself with the constructive criticism that he receives.
I love spending time with my friends, late night drives and enjoys listening to music alone, everyone needs some sort of way to recharge their social batteries.

Isabel Rutkowski

Hey all, I‘m Isabel, 22 years old and Form KLJB, Germany. I grew up in southern Germany close to Freiburg i. Br. but currently I‘m living and studying in northern Germany in Vechta.
I’ve been part of the MIJARC Europe Family since 2018, and i had the opportunity to join and enjoy several activities, training and other meetings. I’m honored that the General Assembly decided to vote for me as a board member. I will strive for empowering young people living in rural areas to enable them to have a positive impact on the international level. I want to create bridges among our member organizations and create an even stronger network to provide them and their basis with more capabilities and opportunities.
Looking forward to meeting all of you!
